- Once your stay is booked, you will receive a payment confirmation email, which will indicate that your order is in progress.
- Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from one of our advisors who will confirm all of your services.
- Thereafter, 30 days before your trip, you will recieve your travel book, made by our teams, where you will find all the information and useful contacts for your stay.
- 7 days before your departure, your more detailed invoice will be sent to you, as well as the modalities of registration of your flights.
- Finally, the day before departure, your boarding pass and a reminder of the information necessary for your stay.
